The coal mine underground water tank dredging unit has the advantages of easy use, high dredging efficiency, minimal personnel requirement, and low labor intensity, thoroughly solving the problem of cleaning the water tanks in coal mine undergr-ound. The unit consists of specialized pneumatic stirring equipment, a series of specialized pneumatic dredging equipment, a transportation device, a buffering device, and a solid-liquid separation device.
The pneumatic dredging and drainage pump extracts a mixture of coal slurry, coal ash, and water containing solid particles with a diameter of ≤φ25mm at a rate of 32m³/h from the water tank. It is then transported through a high-pressure hose to the solid-liquid separator, which can separate ≥50m³ per hour. After separation, the solid and clean water are discharged separately through their respective outlets.
