The mining pneumatic injection pump is an underground mining pneumatic high-pressure emulsion pump station. This product, powered by compressed gas (not electricity), has the characteristics of small size, light weight, convenient movement (portable), high output pressure, and wide range of use.
This product comes in various specifications and models, and can be classified according to weight, flow rate, and pressure to meet the needs of different scenarios in underground coal mines. This series of products is equipped with an automatic proportioning system, water quality filtration system, gas purification system, and automatic water level control system. 1.Temporary support during underground roadway repairs;
2.Water injection in underground working faces;
3.Advanced support in underground drivage faces;
4.Opening of cutting eyes in underground working faces;
5.During the transportation of large underground equipment and supports, when deviation occurs, it can be used for realignment using a single unit or hydraulic cylinder;
6.Replacement support or reinforcement support when replacing beam legs underground;
7.Column jacking underground;
8.Inspection and maintenance of supports and hydraulic cylinders on the ground, and other places where temporary support or bracing is required;
9.Temporary support during tunneling work faces, replacing probe beams;
10.Water injection during underground drilling.
